Econsave, one of Malaysia's leading retail chains, is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Clerk to join our finance team in Sungai Buloh, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our accounting department. We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about maintaining accurate financial records.
As an Accounts Clerk, you will be responsible for a variety of financial administrative tasks, from data entry to bank reconciliation. You will work closely with our finance team to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and daily cash flow reports.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and summaries.
- Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of all financial documents.
- Handle administrative duties related to the finance department.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with basic accounting software is an added advantage.
- Strong numerical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
