Join Econsave's finance team as an Accounts Clerk and contribute to our mission of delivering value to customers across Malaysia. This role offers an opportunity to develop core accounting skills in a dynamic retail environment while supporting the financial operations of our Gerik branch. Tanggung Jawab
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and promptly
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts monthly
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly financial reports for branch management
- Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursement
- Maintain organized financial records and filing systems
- Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding payment inquiries
- Support month-end closing procedures and audits
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and GST procedures
