Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist in processing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and credit notes.
  • Reconcile bank statements and daily cash flow reports.
  • Handle supplier and vendor payment processing and follow-ups.
  • Assist in month-end closing and the preparation of financial reports.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of all accounting documents.
  • Support the finance team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Clerk or in a similar financial role is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting software (e.g., SQL Account, AutoCount) is a plus.
  • Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willing to work on-site at Setapak Central, Kuala Lumpur.
