This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional or an experienced accounting clerk looking to grow their career within a stable and fast-paced retail environment.

As an Accounts Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity of our branch operations. You will be responsible for handling daily accounting tasks, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting the finance team in various administrative duties. The ideal candidate is someone who is highly organized, possesses a strong numerical aptitude, and is committed to delivering excellence in everyday financial tasks.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle daily data entry of sales and expense transactions accurately into the accounting system.
  • Prepare and process payment vouchers, invoices, and purchase orders in a timely manner.
  • Assist in bank reconciliation processes to ensure discrepancies are identified and resolved.
  • Maintain well-organized filing systems for all financial documentation and accounting records.
  • Perform routine clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and updating ledgers.
  • Coordinate with branch staff to verify financial documentation and petty cash disbursements.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and summaries for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an accounts or clerical role is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Good communication skills in Malay and English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a retail environment.
  • Strong integrity and ethical standards when handling sensitive financial data.
