As an Accounts Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and accuracy of our daily operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare, issue, and track invoices, purchase orders, and official receipts.
- Reconcile daily cash flow, bank statements, and general ledger accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end financial reports.
- Ensure proper filing, archiving, and safekeeping of all financial documents.
- Handle administrative tasks related to the accounting department as required.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments regarding payment inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, STPM, or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Clerk or in a similar financial role is an advantage.
- Familiarity with standard accounting software (e.g., UBS, SQL Account, or AutoCount).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
- Strong numerical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to work on-site at Daiman Jaya, Johor.
