Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily data entry tasks and maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Reconcile daily cash sales, bank statements, and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, summaries, and expense tracking.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing financial documentation.
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Support the accounting team during internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience as an Accounts Clerk or in a similar financial role is an advantage (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with standard accounting software (e.g., SQL Account, AutoCount) is highly desirable.
- Strong numerical aptitude with a high level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
