Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records.
  • Prepare, process, and issue invoices, billings, and account statements.
  • Assist in reconciling bank statements and monitoring daily cash flow.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions systematically.
  • Support the finance team in the preparation of monthly financial reports and documentation.
  • Assist with inventory audits and maintain proper stock movement documentation.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company financial policies and standard accounting procedures.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the finance department.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in an accounting, bookkeeping, or clerical role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting software (e.g., SQL Account, AutoCount) is an added advantage.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills with an exceptionally high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent organizational, filing, and time-management abilities.
  • Willing to commute to and work on-site in Bandar Seri Botani, Perak.
