Econsave, a leading retail chain in Malaysia, is currently seeking a meticulous and dedicated Accounts Clerk to join our finance team in Baling, Kedah. As an Accounts Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health and operational efficiency of our store. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supporting the daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and assisting with financial reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate financial records for the store.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently.
- Reconcile daily cash sales, bank statements, and petty cash accounts.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and documentation.
- Manage proper filing and safekeeping of all invoices, receipts, and financial documents.
- Support the store manager and regional finance team with general administrative tasks.
- Assist with internal and external audit preparations as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Clerk or in a similar accounting role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with basic accounting software is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and meet strict deadlines.
- Willing to be stationed in Baling, Kedah.
