Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Process invoices, payments, and daily cash flow reconciliations.
- Prepare and manage data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Handle administrative tasks related to the finance department, including filing and document management.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Clerk or in a similar financial administrative role is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
- Familiarity with basic accounting software (e.g., SQL Account, UBS) is highly preferred.
- Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
