Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Process invoices, payments, and daily cash flow reconciliations.
  • Prepare and manage data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to the finance department, including filing and document management.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Clerk or in a similar financial administrative role is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting software (e.g., SQL Account, UBS) is highly preferred.
  • Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
