In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the financial integrity of our branch operations. We are looking for an individual who is comfortable handling daily financial transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting the finance team in streamlining accounting processes. Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform day-to-day data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system with high accuracy.
  • Prepare and verify daily sales reports, invoices, and payment vouchers.
  • Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements, supplier accounts, and petty cash management.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital accounting files for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
  • Support the accounts department in month-end closing activities and administrative reporting.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve discrepancies in billing or payments.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and standard operating procedures.

Kualifikasi

  • Possess at least a SPM, Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent professional certification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential.
  • Strong numerical ability and high attention to detail to ensure data precision.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Good command of Malay and English (both written and verbal).
  • Prior experience in a retail or warehouse accounting environment is an added advantage.
  • Must be based in or willing to commute to Bakri, Muar.
