Tanggung Jawab
- Perform day-to-day data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system with high accuracy.
- Prepare and verify daily sales reports, invoices, and payment vouchers.
- Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements, supplier accounts, and petty cash management.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital accounting files for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
- Support the accounts department in month-end closing activities and administrative reporting.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve discrepancies in billing or payments.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a SPM, Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent professional certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential.
- Strong numerical ability and high attention to detail to ensure data precision.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Good command of Malay and English (both written and verbal).
- Prior experience in a retail or warehouse accounting environment is an added advantage.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Bakri, Muar.
