You will be responsible for supporting the accounting department with daily data entry, document management, and basic reconciliation tasks. Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform daily data entry of invoices, receipts, and vouchers into the accounting system.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of daily cash reports and banking reconciliations.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable documentation with high precision.
  • Collaborate with store management to resolve any discrepancies in financial records.
  • Monitor and track payment due dates to ensure timely processing.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities and audit documentation preparation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all financial data and company records.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM/STPM, Certificate in Accounting, or LCCI qualification.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in an accounting or administrative role is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Good command of Malay and English (written and spoken).
  • Integrity, discipline, and a proactive attitude toward tasks.
  • Familiarity with retail accounting software is considered an added advantage.
