Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage financial records and transactions with precision
  • Prepare and issue invoices to clients and manage accounts receivable
  • Process vendor invoices and manage accounts payable
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy
  • Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation
  • Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
  • Communicate effectively with clients and vendors regarding financial matters

Kualifikasi

  • SPM or equivalent qualification in accounting, finance, or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounts clerk or similar role
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as MYOB or QuickBooks
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
