Tanggung Jawab

  • Accurately record and process daily financial transactions and invoices.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations on a regular basis.
  • Prepare and update financial statements and management reports.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for all financial documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly closing activities and audits.
  • Handle general administrative tasks related to the finance department as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or SPM/STPM holders with relevant experience).
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounts clerk or bookkeeping role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or UBS) is highly advantageous.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
  • Must be based in or willing to commute to Batu Gajah, Perak.
