Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software.
  • Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, and payment records in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of month-end financial reports and bank reconciliation.
  • Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable and accounts payable aging.
  • Maintain filing systems and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Support the finance team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as required.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are recorded in accordance with company policies and local regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma in Accounting, or equivalent professional certification.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in an accounting or administrative support role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong numerical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills in Malay and English.
  • Highly organized, reliable, and capable of meeting strict deadlines.
