Tanggung Jawab
- Handle daily data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system.
- Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, and official receipts.
- Assist in the maintenance of accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify transaction discrepancies.
- Manage filing of financial documents and ensure records are kept confidential and organized.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statement updates.
- Provide support for general administrative duties as required by the management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounts clerk or clerical role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong numerical ability and high attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken Malay and English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Bahau, Negeri Sembilan.
