Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle daily data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, and official receipts.
  • Assist in the maintenance of accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and verify transaction discrepancies.
  • Manage filing of financial documents and ensure records are kept confidential and organized.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statement updates.
  • Provide support for general administrative duties as required by the management.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounts clerk or clerical role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong numerical ability and high attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills in both written and spoken Malay and English.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
  • Must be based in or willing to commute to Bahau, Negeri Sembilan.
