Tanggung Jawab
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts monthly
- Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Monitor and track outstanding debts and follow up on collections
- Handle bank reconciliations and manage petty cash funds
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Support internal and external audits with required documentation
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Organizational skills with ability to multitask effectively
