Tanggung Jawab
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping duties and maintain accurate financial records.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure discrepancies are resolved.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and budget tracking.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for all financial documentation.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc reporting and administrative tasks.
- Ensure all accounting entries comply with company policies and local financial regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; LCCI qualification is a plus.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounts clerk or bookkeeping role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (vlookup, pivot tables).
- Strong numerical ability and high attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience with accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or AutoCount) is highly advantageous.
