The Role
As a Remote Accounts Clerk, you will be the cornerstone of our AR, AP, and reconciliation workflows. Reporting to the Finance Manager in Australia, you will ensure every transaction is captured accurately, reconciled meticulously, and reported clearly. Your day-to-day work will involve managing high volumes of data, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining a strong control environment. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of these processes and drive efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable (AP), including invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor reconciliations.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including generating invoices, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding accounts.
- Perform meticulous bank reconciliations daily and monthly to ensure ledger accuracy.
- Provide administrative support for the Xero accounting system, including data entry and report generation.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for all financial documentation to support internal and external audit requirements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across Australian and Philippine teams to resolve payment discrepancies and enquiries.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure deadlines are met.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related business field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in an Accounts Clerk, AP/AR Officer, or similar accounting role.
- Strong proficiency with Xero accounting software is mandatory.
- Excellent understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high volumes of data accurately.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
