Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify financial transactions including invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and general ledger entries
- Manage accounts payable and receivable cycles with precision
- Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting documentation
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysian accounting standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of hands-on accounting experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero)
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment
- Knowledge of basic tax regulations and GST procedures
