In this position, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and managing accounts payable and receivable. You'll work closely with our finance team to ensure all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled. Tanggung Jawab
- Process and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements on a regular basis
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
- Handle cash management and petty cash disbursements
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
- Monitor and track financial transactions to ensure compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with auditors during financial audits
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Good understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
