Tanggung Jawab

  • Process and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements on a regular basis
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Manage vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
  • Handle cash management and petty cash disbursements
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
  • Monitor and track financial transactions to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Collaborate with auditors during financial audits

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
