Tanggung Jawab

  • Maintain and update accurate accounting records, files, and documentation.
  • Process daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
  • Prepare, issue, and track invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial and management reports.
  • Execute data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communicate with internal departments to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as an Accounts Clerk or in a similar financial role is highly advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting software (e.g., SQL Account, AutoCount, or similar).
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and fast, accurate data entry skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to meet deadlines.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
