- Process and record financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist in monthly and annual financial reporting processes
- Handle vendor invoicing and payment processing
- Support payroll administration and employee expense reimbursements
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of accounting or clerical experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
