You will work closely with the finance team to ensure timely processing of transactions, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with financial regulations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records using accounting software
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements on a regular basis
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Handle cash management, including petty cash disbursements and reconciliations
- Process employee expense claims and reimbursements
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial documentation
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical tasks
- Good understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
