Tanggung Jawab

  • Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records using accounting software
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements on a regular basis
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Handle cash management, including petty cash disbursements and reconciliations
  • Process employee expense claims and reimbursements
  • Assist in the preparation of tax documents and ensure compliance with tax regulations
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial documentation

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
