Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and financial records
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
- Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting
- Manage vendor invoices and payment schedules
- Prepare expense reports and track departmental budgets
- Support internal audits and compliance requirements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with VLOOKUP/Pivot Table knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Basic understanding of GST and Malaysian tax regulations
