Econsave, one of Malaysia's leading retail chains, is currently seeking a meticulous and dedicated Accounts Clerk to join our finance team in Kubang Kerian, Kelantan. As an Accounts Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of our finance department. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and supporting the broader accounting team in their day-to-day tasks. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices and payment vouchers.
- Reconcile bank statements and daily cash flow reports.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Manage proper filing and safekeeping of all financial documents.
- Handle petty cash and ensure all expenses are properly documented.
- Support the accounting team during internal and external audits.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, STPM, or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in a similar accounting or clerical role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel.
- Familiarity with basic accounting software is an added advantage.
- Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Willing to work on-site at our Kubang Kerian branch.
