Tanggung Jawab
- Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements on a regular basis
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Manage and maintain accurate accounting records using relevant software
- Handle payroll processing and employee expense claims
- Conduct regular audits of financial documents and transactions
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
