Tanggung Jawab
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Prepare and issue invoices, account statements, and payment vouchers
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and report preparation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysian accounting standards
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks)
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian GST and tax regulations
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with data analysis capabilities
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
