Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and verify financial documents including invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes with timely follow-up
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and reconcile bank statements
- Assist in monthly/quarterly financial reporting and budget preparation
- Process payroll data and support HR documentation requirements
- Implement and improve accounting procedures for operational efficiency
- Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary financial documentation
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on accounting or clerical experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian GST and accounting standards
- Excellent attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
