Tanggung Jawab
- Consolidate financial accounts of parent company and subsidiaries quarterly with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate statutory audits by liaising with external auditors and preparing required documentation
- Design, implement, and maintain robust Management Information Systems (MIS) for financial reporting
- Analyze financial trends and prepare consolidated financial statements for stakeholder review
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP and international financial reporting standards
- Collaborate with department heads to gather financial data for consolidated reporting
- Optimize financial reporting processes using ERP systems and advanced Excel techniques
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA certification preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial consolidation and MIS reporting
- Expertise in Indonesian statutory audit coordination and compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial modeling tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia and English for reporting purposes
- Proven track record of improving financial reporting efficiency
