You will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounts tasks, including invoicing, bookkeeping, and reconciling accounts, alongside general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily accounts including invoicing, posting transactions, and maintaining ledgers.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes and financial reporting.
  • Handle general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Process and verify incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents.
  • Support the payroll process by compiling required data.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and manage petty cash.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Proven experience in accounts and general administration roles is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
