In this position, you will be the backbone of our office operations, providing essential support to our accounting department while ensuring seamless administrative workflows. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling numbers, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with general office inquiries. Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle daily Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions accurately.
  • Assist with data entry into the accounting system and ensure records are up-to-date.
  • Manage office administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and office supply procurement.
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients to resolve billing discrepancies or payment inquiries.
  • Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and statement reconciliations.
  • Assist with answering phone calls, handling correspondence, and greeting visitors.
  • Support management with ad-hoc administrative projects as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, NITEC, or Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or basic accounting support role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong numerical accuracy and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
  • Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
