Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes including invoice verification, payment processing, and account reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and transaction documentation
- Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and expense statements
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and office management
- Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records maintenance
- Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies during compliance reviews
- Implement and improve accounting procedures to enhance operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or equivalent)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable/receivable or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail with financial data
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Proven problem-solving abilities with financial discrepancies
- Willingness to undergo company-specific training programs
