Long Island Garden Seafood Restaurant is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts cum Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team in Paya Lebar. In this essential dual-function role, you will play a key part in maintaining our financial records and supporting daily administrative operations. You will contribute directly to the smooth administrative flow and accurate financial reporting of our popular dining venue.

The ideal candidate possesses strong numerical accuracy, is highly organized, and excels in a fast-paced Food & Beverage (F&B) environment. You will work closely with outlet operations and management to ensure transaction reconciliation is completed accurately and timely. Tanggung Jawab

  • Accurately record and post daily outlet sales transactions into the accounting system.
  • Perform daily reconciliation of Point of Sales (POS) reports against actual cash, credit card, and online payment collections.
  • Compile and submit Gross Turnover (GTO) reports to landlords and mall management on a timely basis.
  • Handle accounts payable (AP) processes, including posting vendor invoices, matching delivery orders, and processing credit notes.
  • Manage petty cash claims, reconcile supplier statements, and assist in preparing payments.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning documents, and managing office inventory.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Kualifikasi

  • Possess at least an LCCI, Professional Certificate, Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounts, or administrative support, preferably within the F&B or retail sector.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, accounting software, and high proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive team player with good communication skills to interface with outlet managers and external vendors.
