We are currently seeking a motivated Accounts Cum Admin Assistant to join our growing team in Lavender. This role offers the perfect blend of financial management and operational administration, providing you with hands-on exposure to diverse business functions.

In this position, you will be the backbone of our office, ensuring that our daily operations run smoothly while managing critical financial tasks. If you possess a keen eye for numbers, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, we want to hear from you.

You will work closely with our leadership team, gaining invaluable experience in payroll processing, HR compliance, and work pass management. We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive growth environment where your contributions directly impact our firm’s success.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle daily bookkeeping, data entry, and maintenance of financial records using accounting software.
  • Process monthly payroll and ensure accurate disbursement of salaries and statutory contributions (CPF, etc.).
  • Support HR operations including leave management, employee onboarding, and record-keeping.
  • Manage work pass administration, including applications, renewals, and cancellations via EP Online/WPOL.
  • Prepare and generate accurate financial reports, invoices, and expense claims.
  • Perform general administrative office duties such as filing, mailing, and procurement of office supplies.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to facilitate seamless business operations.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounts or office administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or Quickbooks).
  • Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations and MOM work pass requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
