Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including invoice processing and timely payment verification.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of GST returns in accordance with local regulations.
  • Perform month-end closing activities and ensure all financial data is accurately reconciled.
  • Prepare and maintain audit schedules to support internal and external audit requirements.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Coordinate office documentation and filing systems to maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor and update MRP systems to ensure inventory and financial data alignment.
  • Support management with ad-hoc financial reporting and administrative projects as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Possession of LCCI certification or equivalent accounting qualification.
  • Proven work experience in an accounting or administrative support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and financial functions).
  • Prior experience or familiarity with MRP systems is highly advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore GST requirements and accounting principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet strict financial reporting deadlines.
