Tanggung Jawab
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including invoice processing and timely payment verification.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of GST returns in accordance with local regulations.
- Perform month-end closing activities and ensure all financial data is accurately reconciled.
- Prepare and maintain audit schedules to support internal and external audit requirements.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Coordinate office documentation and filing systems to maintain accurate records.
- Monitor and update MRP systems to ensure inventory and financial data alignment.
- Support management with ad-hoc financial reporting and administrative projects as required.
Kualifikasi
- Possession of LCCI certification or equivalent accounting qualification.
- Proven work experience in an accounting or administrative support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and financial functions).
- Prior experience or familiarity with MRP systems is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of Singapore GST requirements and accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet strict financial reporting deadlines.
