Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain precise financial records and perform comprehensive bookkeeping tasks
- Process payroll accurately and ensure timely disbursement of employee salaries
- Manage office inventory, including procurement and tracking of supplies
- Organize and maintain systematic filing systems for documents and records
- Handle professional correspondence and communications with stakeholders
- Support month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Assist in general administrative tasks as required by management
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or equivalent)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping and payroll processing
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
