Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full set of accounts including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and budget tracking.
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including office supply procurement and documentation.
- Manage petty cash and bank reconciliation processes accurately.
- Handle incoming correspondence, telephone inquiries, and visitor reception professionally.
- Coordinate staff scheduling, leave tracking, and internal record-keeping.
- Support management with ad-hoc projects and general office maintenance duties.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
