Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including recording transactions, managing invoices, and preparing accounts.
  • Assist in bank reconciliations and monthly financial reporting to ensure accuracy.
  • Process payroll and manage employee leave records.
  • Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and answering incoming calls and emails.
  • Maintain an organized office filing system for both financial and general records.
  • Coordinate with external parties for vendor payments and procurement of office supplies.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial schedules.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar Accounts cum Admin role.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or local ERP systems).
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
