Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including recording transactions, managing invoices, and preparing accounts.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and monthly financial reporting to ensure accuracy.
- Process payroll and manage employee leave records.
- Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and answering incoming calls and emails.
- Maintain an organized office filing system for both financial and general records.
- Coordinate with external parties for vendor payments and procurement of office supplies.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar Accounts cum Admin role.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or local ERP systems).
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
