Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and financial statement preparation
- Process accounts payable and receivable with strict attention to deadlines and accuracy
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability
- Oversee office administration including procurement, inventory management, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate office facilities maintenance, security protocols, and administrative support services
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Prepare periodic financial reports and support budgeting/forecasting activities
- Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities during compliance reviews
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of combined experience in accounts and office administration
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian GST, income tax regulations, and company secretarial practices
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Detail-oriented approach to financial data and administrative processes
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental coordination
