Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly/quarterly reports
- Handle administrative tasks including office management, correspondence, and vendor coordination
- Process invoices, expense reports, and ensure timely financial reconciliations
- Support HR functions including onboarding and documentation management
- Oversee inventory management and procurement of office supplies
- Assist in budget preparation and financial analysis
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
