Join Trust Recruit as an Accounts cum Admin professional and become an integral part of our dynamic team in Bukit Batok. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in accounting and administrative tasks to manage our full sets of accounts efficiently.

This permanent full-time position offers a competitive salary package of $2,800 to $3,800 per year, with a standard working schedule of Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. As an Accounts cum Admin professional, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and performing various administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage full sets of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
  • Process and verify financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
  • Handle bank reconciliations and ensure timely processing of payments
  • Manage administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and office coordination
  • Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
  • Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders as required
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information and ensure data security

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in full sets of accounts
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and tax regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Prior experience in administrative tasks is a plus
