Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and management accounts.
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, including data entry and invoice processing.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable activities to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Perform general office administrative tasks, including filing, document management, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth business operations.
- Maintain office supplies and handle incoming inquiries with professionalism.
- Assist in year-end audit preparation and ensure compliance with internal financial policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting or administrative support role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with an excellent eye for detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to multitask effectively while meeting tight reporting deadlines.
