Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and management accounts.
  • Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, including data entry and invoice processing.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable activities to ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Perform general office administrative tasks, including filing, document management, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth business operations.
  • Maintain office supplies and handle incoming inquiries with professionalism.
  • Assist in year-end audit preparation and ensure compliance with internal financial policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting or administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
