Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for management review
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and office coordination
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring financial performance
  • Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement activities
  • Support HR functions including employee onboarding and documentation
  • Liaise with external parties including clients, vendors, and financial institutions

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in accounts and administration roles
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong numerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Prior experience in handling full sets of accounts is advantageous
