You will be responsible for managing essential accounting functions such as AP/AR and GST, while simultaneously ensuring smooth HR operations including payroll processing and work permit management. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full cycle of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
- Prepare and process quarterly GST submissions and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Execute monthly payroll processing including CPF contributions and IR8A submissions.
- Handle work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations via the MOM portal.
- Maintain comprehensive employee records and manage leave administration.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and the preparation of financial reports.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding payment and HR queries.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least an ITE or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in both accounting and HR administrative roles.
- Proficient in accounting software and highly skilled in Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and CPF Board regulations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and high level of data accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated team player with a positive working attitude.
