You will maintain accurate financial records, prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders, and ensure seamless monthly payroll processing—all while supporting our team's growth and compliance requirements. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage full accounting cycle including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review
  • Process end-to-end monthly payroll calculations, disbursements, and statutory contributions
  • Oversee HR administrative tasks including employee onboarding, leave management, and record maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards (FRS) and employment regulations
  • Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting
  • Liaise with auditors and tax authorities during compliance reviews

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or HR Management
  • Minimum 2-3 years of combined experience in accounts and HR functions
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and HRIS systems
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian payroll processing and statutory requirements
  • Professional certifications (ACCA, MICPA, or SHRM-CP) are advantageous
  • Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia with strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
