Join Instant Scaffolds & Machinery as an Accounts cum HR Executive and play a pivotal role in our financial and human resources operations. This hybrid position offers the unique opportunity to manage end-to-end accounting functions while supporting critical HR processes. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing payroll with statutory compliance, and overseeing inventory management. Simultaneously, you'll assist in recruitment by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new team members. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to navigate both financial and HR landscapes seamlessly. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full accounting cycle including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and inventory reconciliation
- Process monthly payroll accurately, ensuring statutory contributions compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS)
- Assist in recruitment processes: job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and budgets for management review
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and Malaysian labor regulations
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve billing discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of combined experience in accounting and HR functions
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero) and HR management systems
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian payroll regulations and statutory requirements
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in financial data handling
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
