Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full sets of accounts including AP/AR, general ledger maintenance, and monthly closing
- Process payroll accurately and ensure timely salary disbursement
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation systems
- Handle statutory HR compliance and employee relations matters
- Assist in budget preparation and expense control initiatives
- Support HR administration including leave management and benefits administration
- Collaborate with departments to optimize financial and HR workflows
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, HR Management, or related field
- 1-3 years of combined accounting and HR experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and HRIS systems
- Strong understanding of Malaysian employment laws and accounting standards
- Excellent Excel skills with financial modeling capabilities
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Proven problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
