Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage full sets of accounts including AP/AR, general ledger maintenance, and monthly closing
  • Process payroll accurately and ensure timely salary disbursement
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation systems
  • Handle statutory HR compliance and employee relations matters
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense control initiatives
  • Support HR administration including leave management and benefits administration
  • Collaborate with departments to optimize financial and HR workflows

Kualifikasi

  • Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, HR Management, or related field
  • 1-3 years of combined accounting and HR experience
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and HRIS systems
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian employment laws and accounting standards
  • Excellent Excel skills with financial modeling capabilities
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
