Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and financial reporting
- Oversee employee recruitment, onboarding, and training programs to ensure seamless workforce integration
- Handle HR administration including contracts, leave management, and compliance with labor regulations
- Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, and variance analysis for management review
- Develop and implement HR policies to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture
- Coordinate employee performance reviews and professional development initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely submission of statutory reports
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in combined accounting and HR functions
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and HR information systems
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and financial regulations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to liaise between finance and HR departments
- Certifications in accounting (e.g., ACCA, MICPA) or HR (e.g., SHRM) preferred
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environment
