Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and financial reporting
  • Oversee employee recruitment, onboarding, and training programs to ensure seamless workforce integration
  • Handle HR administration including contracts, leave management, and compliance with labor regulations
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, and variance analysis for management review
  • Develop and implement HR policies to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture
  • Coordinate employee performance reviews and professional development initiatives
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely submission of statutory reports

Kualifikasi

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in combined accounting and HR functions
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and HR information systems
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and financial regulations
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to liaise between finance and HR departments
  • Certifications in accounting (e.g., ACCA, MICPA) or HR (e.g., SHRM) preferred
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environment
