- Investigate and resolve customer account disputes through detailed analysis of billing records and transaction history

- Communicate resolution outcomes to both internal stakeholders and external clients with clarity

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or dispute resolution
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in financial data interpretation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
