Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow movements on a weekly basis.
- Prepare monthly management reports and assist in the month-end closing process.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to track project costs and budget variances.
- Support the annual audit process and assist external auditors with necessary documentation.
- Maintain systematic and organized filing systems for all financial records and correspondence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial administration.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or SQL Accounting) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and high accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
